Im defintley thinking the vicar, also I do have a thought about maybe him being the newsagents son !!!...

MotownGal Report 2 Apr 2013 20:27

I am enjoying this series, especially David Tennant looking mean and moody................or is it moody and mean.

So sad last night. Did he jump or was he pushed?

I cant work out yet 'who did it' but I hope it doesnt end like Mayfields. The last episode of that was rubbish.

Tenerife Sun

Tenerife Sun Report 2 Apr 2013 13:32

I missed last weeks episode but I have watched all the others. I thin Pauline Quirk and Danny's friend meeting in the slot machine arcade is also another red herring.

DazedConfused Report 2 Apr 2013 12:39

Have not read any of these posts and am just adding that I am hooked.

I saw through last nights 'red herring' straight away.

But a very sad ending to that episode. Mob mentality and poor journalism. Pretty much like real life.....

lollybasher Report 2 Apr 2013 12:37

I remember that in the first or was it the second episode, someone went to the caravan to see Pauline Quirk's character. In the open coat cupboard was a large yellow skateboard tucked in at the side, that raised my suspicions, the boy's board had not been found. Maybe a red herring!!

:-S :-S :-S :-S :-S :-S :-S :-S :-S

Sue Report 1 Apr 2013 22:49

Didnt manage to see the first episode, but have managed to watch all the rest. Am enjoying it, very atmospheric and good characters. Particularly like David Tennant and Pauline Quirk.

Was surprised to notice, the family had the same sofas as mine.!!!! Not sure if that is good or bad.

:-D Sue

How many more episodes is there?

Rambling

Rambling Report 1 Apr 2013 22:18

So far I think it might be Pauline Quirk's character, what I can't understand is having threatened the news woman and having been spotted under a different name why that isn't being followed up? also the police did not take her fingerprints for elimination at the cafe place where the blood was? and if she cleaned it there would be bound to be some.... also she lied about giving the keys to his dad to fix the plumbing.

AnninGlos Report 1 Apr 2013 22:17

Can't take to the vicar, got to be something to do with the loud mouth man and Pauline quirk's character.

Susan I don't like facial hair either and unfortunately three eldest grandsons have beards :-D

Susan10146857 Report 1 Apr 2013 22:10

plus I cannot abide unshaven men......apologies to any men looking in who have facial hair :-D

now back to who dunnit......so far.....cos I don't like him, I think it was the Father

AnninGlos

AnninGlos Report 1 Apr 2013 22:08

I doubt Jack was guilty of Danny's death and sad he too is now dead, I assume that is a suicide? A lesson on what happens when people jump to conclusions and take the law into their own hands.
Gripping though and haven't a clue who dun it
