Its more the fact that she has to have a re-trial!!!
Sorry the heading was more book orientated !!
But then again if she's found guilty for the 2nd time ,why should she make money from it??

exactly - remember her and her Italian boyfriend - the co-accused, in the background during the police investigation at the crime scene - they were there sogging away as if nothing hap happened - I reckon their both as guilty as hell - if your flat mate had been murdered surely you would look a little concerned

George

George Report 27 Mar 2013 18:13

Why not, lots of people make money from telling their side of things.

When the little McCann girl when missing, quite a few people on here also stated that "They are as guilty as hell".

I never thought the McCann parents were guilty - they had, and still have my utmost sympathy - this pair though are quite differnet

Not sure how that's relevant to Amanda Knox writing a book, George.

If she's innocent and Meredith Kercher was such a good friend why on earth would she want to make money out of her death?

Seems sick to me.

Guinevere Report 27 Mar 2013 18:30

So?

Not sure what your point is, George. I was saying it's sick to make money out of the death of a friend what has innocence or guilt has to do with it?

~`*`Jude`*`~ Report 27 Mar 2013 18:32

Remember she was proven to be guilty once:)))))

Mind you ....reading the link, it indicates she probably would'nt go back to prison anyways, but her boyfriend could!!

does anybody really think that the usa would extradite one of their own to stand trial in another country

Guinevere

Guinevere Report 27 Mar 2013 18:58

No, Terry, but Meredith's family deserve some answers.

~`*`Jude`*`~ Report 27 Mar 2013 19:28

l thinbk the link also indicated that she probably would'nt have to appear for that very reason....USA would'nt extradite her!!

Also this does not mean that she is quilty or they have further evidence, but that the Italian courts made mistakes!!!!

In the link it says 'she discusses her experience at the hands of the Italian Police, prison guards and inmates'. So one would gather it is all about her suffering, not the anguish of the family of Meridith.

Guilty or not guilty this book should never had been written or published.

I don't think anyone should be allowed to profit from a crime whether guilty or not, especially when a life has been lost
