If you get a bare carcass thats skinned etc, sort of fresh and oven ready.
I've been told you go by the Pink coloured flesh and the gamey smell.

Godrilla, you made me remember that during the war cats were often illegally sold as rabbit as they looked the same skinned with their heads and tails removed. As a child I was fascinated when I saw them hanging in the Butcher's shop and trying to guess which of the two they were. :-S :-S :-S :-S :-S :-S

P.S. they must taste similar as how did they get away with it???

I wonder if cats taste like Wild Rabbits,because I just ordered a couple this Monday gone.
They come to me ready skinned, gutted and heads off and ready for cooking ?
They look as if they could be Cats come to think of it. :-S
