He likes doing washing and washing up.

I think his left eye has recovered now and his vision is improving so he feels more confident.

He has to get off into town soon to have the other eye referred by the optician.

I will have to get out his spiky board again so he can peel the potatoes.

Do you think I should watch his e-numbers?

Sounds like he does need a new wife, Sharron. Don't think he and my MiL would make a perfect match - she likes a quiet life these days! She does like going out to eat, though. :-)

Now he can see again I think Fred is hyperactive.

He was bellowing up the stairs at some hour that didn't suit me too well, not long after the carers had him up and dressed, wanting some washing to do.

Well,I can't get my clothes dirty quickly enough these days. His mate won't be here today so I hope he won't be wanting to go off out somewhere to dine.

Now he can see again he is looking for things to do, or get up to!
