who still has fish on Good Friday

We have had fish Good Friday as long as I can remember. Usually salmon or trout or something like that but this year it is a nice piece of good old fashioned cod, probably grilled and served with some little new potatoes and some creamy parsley sauce. |

I always make a fish pie from scratch on Good Friday, with cod, salmon, smoked haddock and prawns. Not for any religious reasons, we just like it! :-) |

Just put some Cod under the grill, we have it on most Fridays for lunch with brown bread and butter.. yummy |

We have fish every Friday as OH is Catholic and he wont eat meat on a Friday. |
