The fact that people no longer see the need to keep their conversations private can give some amusement.

On the way out of one of the large stores in Cheltenham, we pass through a cafe area.

Suddenly a man at one of the tables said to whoever he was with (probably wife I would think.)

"Wales isn't very far from here!"

There didn't seem to be an ongoing conversation about anything so who knows what prompted his quite obvious statement :-D :-D
