just got back from 7am app with the doctors for a review and was told i can now cut the doseage of my metformin down again to one tablet twice a day , last year i was on 6 perday must be doing something right. :-D :-D :-D :-D

Congratulations Michael you have done well, keep up the good work, wish I was back on metformin, alas these days I am on two types of insulin.

Researching:
I am researching the Wotherspoon family from the Old/New Monkland areas of Scotland, some moved to the Leslie and Kelty areas of Fife and I'm having problems linking the Wotherspoon's from Leslie and the Wotherspoon's from Kelty. I am also researching the Clusker family from Co. Meath in Ireland who moved to West Lothian and from there to Fife............"Vita non est vivere sed valere vita est"

Michael, I take the Metformin twice a day, one morning and night, but also one Glicacide also in the morning.
But, as One Foot says, that is better than the insulin of any type, let alone two different types.

julia my weight has come down but i think thats due to 3 viral infection one after another where i was not eating. still i dont mind loseing the weight can only help..
