Watercress contains more iron than other veg - even spinach.
Lucky we can get it all the year round.

Doc suggested to me (a few years ago) to drink stout to help my iron levels. I couldn't stand the stuff! He then recommended a glass of port every night! I don't know if it helped my iron levels, but it helped me sleep :-D

You could try eating a few roofing nails ;-)
