Pleased to hear your good news Joyce, now you can relax and not have to worry anymore. Keep on with the medication and I'm sure you will see the new baby and also go to the wedding.

Suzanne ive had it since i was young when i had my first baby i had 6pints of blood and then iron injections thy were so painful,but i have the b12 injection every month ive been asleep nearly all day but it will take time for the tablets to work
Ann we are going over by ferry and will be in Newcastle on the 10th and were back home on 15th but my other grandaughter who lives in Liverpool wants me to come and see the baby when its born in october i think ,but i cant travel on my own and i cps ant see Jan going over again,Anyway wish you all anice weekend Love Dutchxx

You have to take things steady so as not to b....r things up for August. Do you think you can do that? Off on mi jaunts again Italy and Croasia on Sat ;-) <3

glad your feeling better.

my husband has had pernicious anaemia since the age of 40 (HES 51 now) he also has a vitamin B12 injection either monthly or three monthly depending on the levels ,pernicious anaemia is common in people over 70 about 1 in 6,000 will have this kind of anaemia, the problems start when you are young and have the condition. :-)

Good news Joyce, at least you are now reassured it is not anything worse. Just take it easy and keep taking the medication and hopefully you will be at that wedding.

Good news Joyce...we all need reassurance and now you've got it!!
You can now plan your summer.I know you still have pain,but I think you can cope with that ,as you have been doing.
Keep taking the pills!!!

Well ladies got the all clear except my kidneys they just have to go up abit my iron has start to go up abit same with the blood ,they have put me on iron tablets 150mg and vit C 50 mg so now im on injections for vit B and take VITD,and now vit C,so i said to my OH well i can travel on my own now and he said no you can,t but i want to see Jaquelines baby as its her first,but when i got home had phone call Nan do you want to come to awedding i said whos she said mine but shes not telling anyone its just quite affaire,its on the 12 august so at least we will be over in England then,but i have to get check out every three months so Jan said no dashing round going to see the baby and two days later to the wedding and day or two later back home that will knock me out
Ladys you will get your thank card thru the post if i have miss anyone out please let me know and i will get it sorted straight away,its for our loverly Caz
Liz i dont think there will be anymore unless Gemma has any but think not for while ,well going to sleep now im just glad every thing is over except my bones there is nothing they can do about them but one cant have every right all the time
But i wish for everyone else who is suffering gets better soon and gets pain relief not nice being in pain all the time as i should know with my feet and spain ,i wish you all agood and pleasent day Dutchxx

Brenda one iwill be 32 when she has her first baby but she hopes i can get over to see the baby ,but i cant travel on my own my other grandaughter its her 2nd baby but dont want any more Gchildren as i have 28 thats enough
Hello Joyce my Love how are you keeping i m putting it up on the thread how it goes im going to see Phililp in august my OH is taking me by ferry ,also i want to buy some of our Caz craft stuff and also if anyone wants any while im over there welcome the money goes to Phililp ,staying at Sheila,got to go now the the hospital

Oh bless lass, did not know about your latest illness and problems, my fingers are crossed for this afternoons results <3 Well this time around you have beaten me with your future count of g/grandchildren, at the moment I only have six which I have never met, they live in South Africa but I do get loads of photo's so I can watch their progress <3

Congratulations Joyce...you've beaten me again!I have five greats...another on way ...and another grandchild due in Aug,my eldest grandchild is 33 and one not born yet!!
Hard to keep up Isnt it?
Will be thinking about you and hope you get your good results...or find out how to treat whatever is wrong.

could you all wish me well as i get my results this afternoon at 2.30 and yesterday got nice surprise ,Jan came home from work and said hello G.Grandma i said who and he said dont you read your emails ,i said not today ive been asleep nearly all day but its my eldest grandaughter who is having baby ,so ive got G.Grandchild due on the 3rd August and G.Grandchild due in October taking the total to 9 G.Grandchildren,so that cheered me up abit will let you know what the results are mybe tonight or tomorrow morning and thank you all for your surport

i have panicious Anaemia it was the specilist in the hospital who told me about the iron ,and thats why i had the two tests with the camera so they can decide what to do i told the specilist i had this since i was young girl when i had my first baby i had to have 3 blood tranfusions 6 pints of blood followed by iron injections,but he said it was,nt that this started in 2008 i sleep all day and night only mybe waking up to get something to eat,im asleep when OH comes home from work yesterday i had anurse come to see me as i have one every day then about hour or so later i had the head nurse ,as the other nurse told her she thought i did,nt look well i was very white so the head nurse came out to see me ,she ask if there was anything she could do for me i said yes get me acleaner as my docter said i cant do the housework because of my bones and the pain im in ,but i told her i wont get it as they said my hubsand can do it when he comes home frome work ,they did gave it to me once for 1 hour aday for 6th month then it stopped,i also went yesterday to have my b12 injection which i have had over 50 now and hospital has also put me on vit D tablets anyway i have now got the flu so im off to bed feel terrable and thank you for your concern

i was quite alarmed by your last post, you say you have no iron at all in your blood?

i think maybe you have misunderstood your doctor, if you had no iron in your blood at all ,you would be in a critical condition in hos and not able to post on genes,maybe you should have another talk with him :-)
