I am pleased for you that there was no cancer present Joyce, that is always the worry, so one worry less for you. Let's hope that the next tests show why you are so tired. How nice of your doctors wife to be concerned.

Hello all sorry did,nt come on yesterday but i was in bed as my friends knoe i sleep alot due to my blood ,anyway it went ok the docter who did it said there is no cancer anywere ,which i was worried about as having cancer before he did say something but i nrver heard what he said then he ask when i was going to see the other docter i told him weds he said thats ok then,mybe then i will find out why i have no iron in my blood and why so tired thats what i had these tests for ,any way will let you all know what the final results were,and thank you all for being there for me Ann i think our Caz was watching over me im off to bed now before i go i have just had the head nurse come to see me as one of the nurses who come she was worried about me she said i looked realy pale and tired ,i thought that was nice of her ,but my docters wife she is always worrying about me she called the other day to give me aletter,and she told my OH your wife is realy sick she has tobe very careful i just laugh and she said im seious your very delicate,so now off to bed

Hope they can get a result.
OH had that done a few weeks back but they couldn't get far enough because of adhesions from previous surgery.
So had an MRI scan a fortnight ago and got the result today: inconclusive between diverticulitis and bowel cancer.
So will have yet another consultation, maybe for a biopsy.
Started in November, so five months on and no further forward.

my daughter age 23 is having the same procedure done on fri,she has a six wk old baby born by c-section on 14th feb,she has not been right since,my dad age 72 and who has serious heart probs has had the same thing done several times.

Aw Dutch, been there done that, most undignified. However, at least if there is anything to find they will find it and then mend you. Winter doesn't make one feel any better, but you've got to be ok for August. I am thinking of you love, hang in there. Exx <3
