I have been out today and when I came back I was told about the disaster. The wrong bus was running today and it was one that could not accommodate a wheelchair so no sausage sandwich.

It is a different service into Chichester but I won't be going anyway. That is a boys da out with his mate.

Sharron, Fred wouldn't be able to do all this without your guidance and encouragement, and I've got barrowloads of admiration for you both.

As you now, today is sausage sandwich day and fish and chip night. This week it is also go to the hairdressers day.

Tomorrow is the big one this week. Tomorrow poor Fred has to go into Chichester on the bus to see if the optician can give him an eye test to refer his other cataract to the GP.If they can't he must make an appointment to suit them both, taking into account what time he can get there around the buses and his carers.

After this he will be going to Wetherspoon's for his lunch and a pint.

This he will do again if it is necessary to make another appointment, providing he has not been thrown out this time.

I suppose I am a benefits cheat really.Well,I get paid carers allowance but poor Fred does all the work!
