Dear Barry

Hello

I am very sorry that your sister in law has passed away.

There are more drugs available but are often said to be too expensive.
Well, they should not be.

More research into finding a cure is so desperately needed.

Take gentle care of yourself and your family.
Sincere wishes

Hello everyone. I’ve recently returned after buying, writing, and posting sympathy cards to members of the family. It’s been quite a day so far, all in all.
We simply have no idea what each new day will bring into our lives - be it via the telephone or otherwise!

Thank you for your kind words AnnCardiff, Ann, Island, Mersey, Gwyn, Wend, Shirley, Mr. Magoo, Prickles, Elizabeth, and Annie. I can truthfully say I am very moved by everyone’s kind thoughts and words for me today.

Prickles, soon after I left S-in-L in October, someone in the family had the brilliant idea to hire a professional photographer to come to the family home and take many pictures of the family. I can genuinely say that S-in-L looked really super with a beautiful new short haired wig fitted; with her wide smile you would never know she was ill.

Not sure if this is kosher / p/c / cricket or whatever, so please excuse my vanity. Here are links to the three sisters - taken some moons ago! - from Margaret’s online memorial photo book.
The lassie in the middle with the medallion is THEIR S-in-L. She died at 32 from - what else! - cancer, can you believe!!
She left hubby and two little girls. The younger of these two is getting married soon.
Isa bin invited to her wedding - an’ eyes agoin’!

Thank you all once again for your very kind words of support today.

Barry

PS Thank you for your very lovely words, Annie. I'm quite speechless.

What lovely photographs Barry.

I am so sorry for your sad loss yet again, in your year of 'firsts' too, but try and take comfort that the family are reuniting in a different place and one day everyone will be together again.

It sounds as tho your s.i.l. was made of stong stuff to survive longer than expected, all extra time a bonus for her loved ones. I hope you will have a lovely time if somewhat tinged with sadness at the wedding of your young relative. I am sure there will be some onlookers who won't be seen but will be felt around you all.
