I have no doubts that he will not have such an easy time in prison however he will find someone to control and bully this isnt his first sentenace and he surived that! Her on the other hand and their friend will also find it extremely hard behind bars having been told what to do what to think for so long will feel totally alone they will certainly struggle with prison life.

He will get mail asking for a VO from people (possibly women) with a morbid nature much like as happens in US.or from someone who wants to write an article which he will grab with both hands because it will keep Michael Philpott in the public eye.....its in his nature to be a top dog,he will crave to be shown sympathy attention.,,,,,which wont happen inside, the only time he will gain any upperhand is after all the long terms have been released and hes the longest serving inmate.

Well I hope that the big boys in prison lead him years of hell and that at the same time he contracts some terrible illness, causing him to suffer greatly and painfully to the point of near death, but that he doesn't quite die but hangs on for years rotting in hell . ;-)

If PM has gone to Wakefield nick,he won't be able to bully anyone as the lifers look out for the nobheads that come in and think they are Mr Big..

He will have to certainly keep his mouth shut in there or he will get it filled and it won't be with food.

It has occurred to me that Mrs Philpott (I can't spell her name) was not very bright, had been with him from a very young age and was completelycontrolled by him.

I doubt she had the mental capacity to think the situation through and probably could not have done a lot to prevent it. It also looks like she did her best to look after her children.

She,however, has lost all of her children. He,on the other hand, the mastemind behind the whole dreadful affair, still has eleven.

Just wondering if the mothers of the other children have changed their name by deed poll.

AnnCardiff

AnnCardiff Report 5 Apr 2013 20:19

she's obviously as thick as a plank and I would have had some sympathy for her had she shown any real emotion over the loss of those children, had she sat with her eldest boy when he was dying instead of ordering a Chinese takeaway and joining in a food fight - so not only thick as a plank but devoid of any real love for her children - and such lovely children they were- I think their little faces will stay in my mind and heart forever

At least, they were not out last night persuing their usual Friday night dirty filthy hobby.
I was kinda hoping she got to share a cell with Rose West, not Fostern Hall, which is only a stones throw from Derby.

I have to agree with Ann from Cardiff, if she would of shown the slightest bit of remorse instead of lying through her rotten teeth I would of tried to feel some compassion for her.

Sharron

Sharron Report 6 Apr 2013 10:25

I am not excusing her but, having been the victim of a narcissist myself, I would just like to point out that one of their controlling ploys is the atitude of " I don't feel hurt or despair from the situation so therefore those feelings are worthless and you must not feel them".

His degree of control could well have been far greater than it is possible to imagine.

He would not have felt much grief at all,he still owned a large number of children,he was still the big man andthought she could replace hers fairly easily when they had beaten the justice system.

She will not be hurt because it did not suit him for her to be so.

This is an example of how they operate.

My narcissistic mother found my beloved grandmother, who had looked after me every day, dead on the floor when I was six.We would meet people in the street and she would stand holding my hand and telling them how she had found her.Later, she would rip into me verbally for crying loudly when she was doing so and showing her up.

Well she certainly knew her own sense of duty Sharron, performing sex acts on their friend only days after her babies had died, she didnt want to do it but she did! On the tapes did she feel pleased with the praise her devoted husband had given her after the event by her reply " hmmmm" No it sounds like she was too engrossed in the TV , maybe their mate Mr Kyle was on. If she knew her place that well she would of lapped up such praise, its pretty obvious she is as thick as sh*** but even under his control her actions were not that of a normal Mother.

Sharron

Sharron Report 6 Apr 2013 11:20

In a normal relationship.

You can be sure the reason he wanted his other partner and children back was about control and ownership and nothing to do with love.

Somehow the other girl had seen sense but this one had never worked it out.

SueMaid

SueMaid Report 6 Apr 2013 11:41

I suspect Mr Phillpot will be still be the controlling narcissist inside as he was outside. It is in his nature to be kingpin and I've no doubt he will find a circle of sycophants who will do his bidding.

AnnCardiff

AnnCardiff Report 6 Apr 2013 11:42

there's a new progrmme on the Philpotts on ITV this evening

Sharron

Sharron Report 6 Apr 2013 11:44

I am just hoping it brings narcissism to prominence and shows just how cruel and destructive it really is.

Maybe then those poor children will not have died entirely in vain.

Sharron

Sharron Report 6 Apr 2013 12:06

She was vulnerable and bewildered and no doubt, extremely easy to train.

I wouldn't mind betting the children had learned not to cry as well. They would have been well practiced in not talking about what goes on at home too.

AnnCardiff

AnnCardiff Report 6 Apr 2013 12:09

she was vulnerable - but apparently her stories of sexual abuse as a child were unfounded - she was fair prey for someone like Philpott - he made her feel important
