Just discussing such a problem with my friend - I'm having trouble with a delivery of icing shapes cutters ordered befor the hols. Found a cheaper option through Amazon rather than Lakeland - big mistake.

The email responces dosn't make sense but they said I should now get them by tommorow - we wait and see.

I have had a few problems such as yours and it always seemed strange that once I emailed them, after numerous overseas phone calls, the item appeared the very next day. I often wondered if the items had been held on to by the delivery people until they had more items to deliver in the vicinity. However, yours is different in as much as they seemed to have no knowledge of the item, which is strange.

Yes Susan they are ordered from tv ideal world their gardening channel. Have spoken to them twice on the phone and told delivery will be 7/10 days on both occassions.Have a few days to go. Then will E-mail the channel. Thanks for your reply.

I'd write an old- fashioned letter - and send same in e-mail form to head office, quoting the item number, and demanding what's due!!!

Far too easy to tempt people in then deny receipt/acknowledgement.

That's weird....was it on the TV? I know that when offers are over one cannot find them again on their site, but if you paid for them you should be able to prove it. I bet you are have a right time getting in touch with them.....a hair pulling experience methinks.

Has anyone on this site had problems with receiving 2 hanging baskets plus 6 primroses for £5.00

I ordered 2 lots for myself and another 2 lots for a family member, now they are saying that this offer did not exist.

I have the item number but they still do not acknowledge the offer.

It was about the 16th March
