Fred is out again today as part of his wild social whirl. I won't say gay because he is up for anything new now and I don't want to give him ideas! |

I would love a spin round Poundland with or without Fred. Amazing bargains. We have shops here called Todo Un Euro, everything a euro, but nothing is as cheap as a euro, more like 4 or 5 euros. |

Poundland is good value for pots & bulbs/plants, though you do need to check for good pack before buying. |

What does Fred buy at Poundland, Sharron? We'd love to share his shopping tips. |

My OH gets some good electrical bargains in the pound shops, also got some dahlia corms, as Carol says you have to check the bulbs. I get a few craft bits for card making, stationery, odds and ends, it is things in the food and sweets lines that are repacked in smaller packs - I saw the programme too. As long as people know theya re gettings smaller packs and it is all they want to carry that is fine. |
