I came onto GR website at about 23.45 hours, but didn't log in - I looked at Genealogy Chat and there was only 1 post showing for 20th April!! I looked at General Chat and again only 1 post showing for today.

I thought it was because I hadn't actually signed in, so I signed in, looked again at all the boards, and the only one showing new threads for 20th, (today) was Find Ancestors.

When I looked at heading of GR site, it invited me to sign in???? What's going on? Now I'm adding a new topic, it's showing I am logged in. Is it me? Has the system gone and got itself broken?

Edit: Just refreshed my computer screen, and guess what?? It must have been me, now they are all showing up. Sorry everyone - better not have that 2nd drink!

I'd have a second and a third drink if I was you and by which time you will have forgotten the GR problem ever happened.

Researching:
Matthew and Jane Elwood who had my great great grandfather Francis Edward Elwood baptised in 1807 at Horsham Sussex. There is no sign of Matthew or Jane from this date and my great great grandfather was brought up as Francis Edward Elwood MITCHELL
