As has been said by others, this thread is not likely to encourage new people to use the boards.

Can I suggest either that NS deletes it or that nobody else posts to it so that it will disappear off the current board.

I am very annoyed that the unpleasantness that sometimes occurs on this board has been exported to the Genealogy Chat board - the thread has absolutely nothing to do with Genealogy!

NS Was asked to delete it and also that it was on the wrong board in the first place

Errol, would you please consider removing your comment about the measles epidemic? I'm living right next to it and so many families are suffering and there has been one associated death to date. It's distressing for all of us.

Although I disagree I have amended so as not to upset you and people affected by measles.

NanaSue should delete that posting ASAP - what on earth must people think? those who never go near the Chat board - they must think we are all arguing all the time and they will be dissuaded from ever joining in all the fun we have

Some people believe they know more than others, and that they have more rights than others

These are the people who cause problems on this, and any other site


The only way for it to be removed from that Board would be for it to be reported to GR

I've reported one of her posts for being offensive. That was weeks ago, and GR did not uphold my complaint, saying the post could remain on the thread.
