No way - up to 10-12 years ago there were no murders within 20 miles of where I live - that has definitely changed and there are more violent crimes reported each week. |

When ever it's announced that crime has fallen I tend to look to see if the way crime is recorded has changed, |

Every day on news bulletins and in newspapers I read of people being stabbed, shot, raped, abused, and mugged, yet it has been reported that crime has fallen since 2011 :-S |
