It is probably only you who will know what you fancy and if you don't fancy anything just make sure you keep downing water until you do. |

When suffering pregnancy sickness all I wanted was lemonade. My doctor told me flat lemonade was good for settling my stomach that's why I wanted it. |

If you like avocado slice one up and eat it without bread. If you think about it, do you fancy sweet or savoury? |

When I was pregnant and suffering from terrible morning sickness all day.the only thing I could keep down was Lucozade. Hubby spent lots on buying bottles of the stuff. Was also told before you raise your head off the pillow in the morning eat slowly a couple of dry cream cracker biscuits. It did help . |

Poached egg, chicken soup, mashed potato - all help to settle tummy. Hope you are better soon. |

My first return to solid food is always either cream cracker and marmite (you have to fist like marmite though) or toast and marmite, then mashed potato or boiled rice. |

cottage cheese, probably best with a bit of flavour, I could only manage the pineapple one when convalescent - yoghurt, scrambled egg. anything you can just pick at with a spoon. drink skimmed milk |

Interesting isn't it that we all have different 'remedies' for a poor appetite after a bug? |

When I had the sickness bug, I found kfc chips ok to eat, bit strange but it helped. |
