what about tomato soup ,I always fancy that when I am ill.

oo dont like kfc much at the best of times. gwyn we always keep ours off dairy as well

hubby offered me tom soup at lunch but still couldnt face it

have just had a few fork fulls of salad and avocado the only other thing i fancy and thought better off it was egg fried rice and duck in orange sauce from chinese.

Iris, it's always tomato soup for me too :-D

It's also the only time I drink fizzy drinks - but it has/had to be cherryade!! (not sure if you can still get it!)

I find that I fancy crisps (which I normally don't like much!) or something salty/savoury. It may be the loss of salts from the body? I would just try nibbling a few different things and not try a proper meal. Once your tummy has got used to a few things, it may crave more :-)
