I find that I fancy crisps (which I normally don't like much!) or something salty/savoury. It may be the loss of salts from the body? I would just try nibbling a few different things and not try a proper meal. Once your tummy has got used to a few things, it may crave more :-) |

When I had the sickness bug, I found kfc chips ok to eat, bit strange but it helped. |

cottage cheese, probably best with a bit of flavour, I could only manage the pineapple one when convalescent - yoghurt, scrambled egg. anything you can just pick at with a spoon. drink skimmed milk |

My first return to solid food is always either cream cracker and marmite (you have to fist like marmite though) or toast and marmite, then mashed potato or boiled rice. |

When I was pregnant and suffering from terrible morning sickness all day.the only thing I could keep down was Lucozade. Hubby spent lots on buying bottles of the stuff. Was also told before you raise your head off the pillow in the morning eat slowly a couple of dry cream cracker biscuits. It did help . |

When suffering pregnancy sickness all I wanted was lemonade. My doctor told me flat lemonade was good for settling my stomach that's why I wanted it. |
