Please does anyone know why after 3 years, i suddeny cant access one of my fav sites. King.com I use every night, but today i get to the site and when i click on a game to play a message in the bottom left of screen says error/java script.

I have emptied cookies/cache deleted browsing history. I have also checked and java is enabled.

Does anyone have any other thoughts or suggestions, why i suddenly cant get on?

Try accessing it from a web search of the name,,,,and not from your saved favourites,,,,,,

Thanks all for you help. I have found out the problem and thought I would tell you incase anyone else has the same problem.
My son suggested I try accessing the sight from Mozilla Firefox as i use IE. I did this and it worked. It would appear my IE8 is out of date and I need IE9. However, my son and husband dont like changes so were not keen to download the newest version!

Strangest thing is though, this only affects King.com and no other site I visit!

However problem solved.

Just to let you know ,we decided to update to IE9 but when my son try to download it, it wouldnt work with Windows XP. So thats a real nuisance.

Thought i would put this info on as others might find it useful.

As time goes on, we will probably have to buy a new comp with windows 7 or whatever the latest one is.

Thank you for starting this - I have just acquired Windows 7, which has IE10 but it wouldn't let me sign in to T--co, though no problems with other sites. When I saw your experience l tried to access it via Firefox land it worked! (I previously had XP with IE7, got T--co with no problems)

Hi Elizabeth so glad i helped someone else. But i would have thought as you have a far more updated comp and system than me, you shouldnt have any problems but it just goes to show.Sorry i dont know the answer to your problem but at least you know you can go through firefox.

As for IE10 i didnt know there was one lol .cant keep up with all these newer versions must be getting set in my ways i think!
