What an interesting bit of history really enjoyed that , didn't realise how busy with traffic it could be and as for Petticoat Lane all these men ..no women ..what were they all up to shopping??? lol! Thanks! :-)

My late Mum was born in December 1927 in Battersea. Its really nice to see how London was the year my Mum was born. Just waiting for my youngest to get home from School so he can watch it :-D

Thanks for the link. My Dad used to occasionally take me to Petticoat Lane when I was a child so that was fun to see and, yes, my mum was at home cooking the dinner!
