Hope your little one is feeling a bit less sore now - a broken collar bone sounds quite painful. Indulge her a little bit; a bit of spoiling won't hurt her as long as it's not over the top.

These kids are good at putting us in our place aren't they? A while ago I said to a granddaughter "Put that on the table, would you", to be asked "Is there a please with that?" I felt about 6" high!

Had to smile the other day.
DiL told us that our grandson, three and a half, had asked for ice cream for afters.
She told him they had no ice cream, to which he responded "No bl**dy ice cream !"
In a very good imitation of her accent !

Thanks Trish

Was speaking to grandson last evening and asked how Katie is ? He said she is milking it !! I had to say say she is a chip off the block cos HE always had to have the last word .or try too.

She is certainly his daughter as has LOTS of his traits like verbal diarrhea !!

Grt grandaughter Katie Louise is nursing a broken collar bone . She is 5 plus and was barged over at school by a boy who goes mad around the play ground and pushed her over onto the concrete playground.

She is milking it though, She asked her mum " can you pick up my toys cos i have only one arm , It will stop you being so lazy too" !!

this is cos mum says to her dont be lazy pick up your toys cos I aint doing it!

You have to smirk at em even thought you hope they dont see it
