I've just done 50 (day 1), not sure if that's right. How many are you supposed to do on day 2? x

+++DetEcTive+++ Report 18 May 2013 12:29

Unless you're used to it, you're going to be really stiff in the morning :-0

I don't think that I could even do 2, let alone 50 - so well done you :-D

JackBunion Report 18 May 2013 12:36

I like to do one a day.

What is the squat challenge anyway :-S :-S

+++DetEcTive+++ Report 18 May 2013 12:41

There are several results on the internet eg

What is the 30 Day Squat Challenge?

It’s a simple 30-day exercise plan, where you do a set number of squats each day with a rest day thrown in every 3rd day. You start by completing 50 squats on Day 1, and slowly increase to a maximum of 250 by Day 30.

JackBunion Report 18 May 2013 12:44

Thanks DET. Must be more fun ways of keeping fit. Saw someone other day on a rowing machine. Slave ships came to mind :-( :-( :-(

RStar Report 20 May 2013 19:51

DET, I was stunned how hard it is, it doesnt sound hard! Did 50 on fri, then forgot on Sat and Sun. So started again today with 50. Legs feel like Ive run a marathon :-( wonder if it works.

+++DetEcTive+++ Report 20 May 2013 20:33

RStar Report 20 May 2013 20:38

+++DetEcTive+++ Report 20 May 2013 20:42

You're joking!!!!!!!!!! Not on your Nellie thank you :-D :-D

If the clicking of knees didn't deafen me, the screams when the back went certainly would!!

RStar Report 20 May 2013 21:03

I'm on day 28 and so pleased it's a rest day tbh it's not too bad, some days you just feel like not bothering . I have noticed a difference as that area is my problem zone lol I'm thinking of doing a mixture challenge after this for 30 days :-D

PollyinBrum Report 21 May 2013 18:25

I am going to start tomorrow. ..... honest :-D

Allan Report 21 May 2013 22:39
