I know I wouldn't manage one of these, my knees are so bad I would never get up again.

Oh! I forgot again, only just realised when I saw this thread again. Better do my 55 now. Bethan, so it actually works then?
Ps, Val no I dont think you jump. Well Im not anyway, Im probably doing it wrong lol but its just bending with the arms out and you increase the amount you do by each day, with odd rest days.

Yesterday, I did 5 lots of 10 squats at 1 hour intervals as a start. Will that count? Don't think I could manage 50 all at once!

Well I finished it and have noticed a difference , that is my problem zone so 30 days is not enough for me to be happy with that area however like I said I did notice results as in toned more and jeans feel looser in areas that were tight :) good luck all

Am I the only one left doing the squat challege? Yesterday was day 7, and I did 80 squats and today is rest day.............. 100 squats tomorrow :-S

I'm doing it again but this time with small weights in my hands , balance is hard but need to tone arms too :)
Keep going :-) Paula you're doing well , I always found when getting into the 100's after a rest day my mind was trying to postpone the next day lol

It is my rest day today...... then 130 squats tomorrow. I must admit it is getting harder but I am enjoying it. I must be a masochist. I have been looking at the Crunch Challenge next..... think I might have a try after this. Good luck

Thank you Bethan. I have been to one half hour Yoga class this morning so will keep my 130 suats until later in the day. :-D
