Yesterday, I did 5 lots of 10 squats at 1 hour intervals as a start. Will that count? Don't think I could manage 50 all at once! |

Well I finished it and have noticed a difference , that is my problem zone so 30 days is not enough for me to be happy with that area however like I said I did notice results as in toned more and jeans feel looser in areas that were tight :) good luck all |

It is my rest day today...... then 130 squats tomorrow. I must admit it is getting harder but I am enjoying it. I must be a masochist. I have been looking at the Crunch Challenge next..... think I might have a try after this. Good luck |
