	When it comes to 'talking', it's a well proven fact that the ladies hold the upper hand. Long may they continue. I'd rather not say much more except to repeat what another woman (Mary Robinson; the first lady president of Ireland in 1990 & a UN High Commissioner in 1997) said in her autobiography: 'I envy the ability to express ideas compellingly & economically'. Amen to that.
