Gotten, Nolls?..tsk tsk now.....Got got...got and got :-D

No Mau.....Unfortunately I forgot the camera, which is unusual for me, I usually take one with me everywhere.....Maybe they will be there the next time I go there.....I could have sent it in to the local paper...I bet they would have printed it and asked questions.....TSK! And DARN!......Now why didn't I think of that the day after and scoot down there to capture the moment.....Sigh!

Oh dear.............but you do realise that we only tread on the very, very poorly minibeasts and flora that are desperate to go to the heavenly woods in the sky:-)

Their friends gently lay them in our paths with a gentle kiss at the poor sufferers own requests.....it is a great kindness to put them out of their pain and anguish.

Honest :-D

We used to do that sort of thing when I was in the Girl Guides and also on the seashore.........but no idea why :-S...showing our 'being at one' with nature I suppose?

Bet it all looked very interesting Susan and did you get a photie? :-D

Woods are wonderful, full of miniature worlds we know hardly anything about.

Trees, undergrowth, fungi and minibeasts everywhere all living their lives in harmony until we human enter their world and tread on them! :-(

I reckon it's the men in white coats, seeing who takes notice of the feathers and twigs, they are looking for customers, seems like they have found a right one ;-)

Dream catchers - not really quite common in some countries.

Quite common in shops that sell stones and call them 'crystals', the same shops that sell things that look like dream catchers, with wind chimes on the bottom!!
What is that all about???
Dream catchers are an ancient Native American concept, wind chimes Chinese - so how/why do these to aspects of religions half a world apart come together??
To make money selling to idiots - that's how, is one view, another is a total disrespect of another's faith with the same outcome - to make money.
Nothing magical at all.

As I said, I had a pet pebble once.....

Can't be anything boring like that, Carol. You are such a killjoy :-) ;-)

Nymphs and Shepherds come away,
In the Groves let's sport and play,
For this, this is Floras Holy day.

Sacred to ease and happy Love,
to Dancing, to Musick, and to Poetry:
Your Flocks may now securely rove,
whilst you express your Jollity.
