It must have been there (the Extras) for a few days now, perhaps about a week? A thread was put up on Genechat - if it hadn't been started, many more people would have been in the dark as well.

If you 'permit' the GR monthly newsletter, it is mentioned in June's.

They've slapped the overseas members in the face ................... none of the offers are available outside the UK

I wouldn't buy anything .............. but I do feel insulted, and unwanted



and they have also slapped Ron and Carol in the face by signing up a deal with another printers for printing off your tree ............................. Ron and Carol are still cheaper :-D


BTW .............. someone found out that you can also buy the wine cheaper by going on the web.

same as the prizes for winning competitions I think.

Don't really want extras as I can buy most things cheaper on the internet, I would prefer them to concentrate on fixing the never ending problems on the tree and to stop promoting Google Chrome as the be all and end all solution to everything ;-)

That's not fair Sylvia and i'd feel insulted too. Ron and Carol have always supported Genes and as you say 'cheaper'.

Wondering myself now Lady Scozz just how many members live outside of UK.....think we all pay same so should get same offers imo and I would like to know that answer too Les :-)

Thank you for your email. I would like to assure you that the last thing we wanted to do was offend our overseas members. We have chosen partners very carefully, making sure that they fit in with our brand. Unfortunately some of the partners we have launched with unable to ship their products overseas. From You to Me are happy to ship overseas, but they are unable to offer free P&P. The offers will change every month and we will make an effort to partner with companies who are happy to ship internationally.

You might be interested to know that we are also looking at ways of rewarding loyalty on the message boards too. We are very grateful for the help our members give and want to show our thanks. We have a few ideas in the pipeline that we hope to roll out later in the year. ..........................

I was not impressed!

I did say that I did not want "offers" for my "loyalty on the message boards"

an occasional acknowledgement that it was members who did al the helping on the Boards, and an occasional thank you for the work we did woudl eb quite sufficient .....................

........ especially if I was going to have to pay P&P :-D
