Anyone a fan? Would love to learn more about them.
Are there any experts on here?

you'll have to hurry up, Errol there aint many of em left.........originals that is.....

Shadows music isnt what it used to be............its too technical these days the tune tends to get lost in the special effects.............one time it was down to the guitars and the players, but much of it comes out of mysterious electronic boxes.......

mind you the talent is still there, but...........

They did indeed call themselves The Drifters, but had to change their name because of the American group called The Drifters [Saturday Night At The Movies].

I did not mind it when he was just paying for fun. When he was with the others , definitely not for me. I am Heavy metal and rock fan.

The group was created in 1958 out of Cliff Richard's urgent need for a set of permanent backing musicians, after the success of his "Move It" single, which had been recorded with a mixture of his own "The Five Chesternuts" (later "The Drifters") electrified skiffle group, plus session players.
