first met Sandie in Abergavenny with you Jude and lovely Jean was there too and now both of them are gone - it is so hard to take this in, we are just starting to come to terms with losing Jean and now this

and then we met again in Abergavenny when Jean was in hospital - Sandie brought along the money from Shaun to buy us all a drink - it all seems so unreal now - she seemed fine, full of fun as usual

No, Jude I never met her, although we missed each other by minutes sometimes in Tesco. We joked about that too. I probably did see her in passing but didn't realise it.

I'll keep a look-out in the post office for the funeral notice - the local undertakers put them there - but I'm away from next Friday so may be unable to go.
