Wow! well done Wendy that's fantastic. Keep going, you inspired me to do it, and I love this diet. I am still at my Gold weight, at the moment I am trying 6/1, but we go on holiday again tomorrow so will be back on 5/2 when we come home.

How are things with you RB?

:-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D

Went back on the 5-2 diet last Tuesday. Weighed this morning and I've lost 2lbs. I'm hoping that it goes nearly as quickly as it arrived!

So have I RB but I take a tablet every day to counteract this. Both Paula and myself like the 5-2 diet and others have had brilliant successes with other methods. The 5-2 suit my lifestyle. Google it for more info but basically it is two days a week of your choice on 500/600 calories a day depending if you are male or female and the other five days you just eat sensibly. I shall be back on it tomorrow .

Start tomorrow with me, better than keep putting it off. :-D

Hi Paula, well done to you.

I am out tonight again!

Friends who live in the UK but have a house here arrived a week ago fo two weeks. I never saw them last week and they have one week left so we are out tonight. I am convinced that it is far easier to get of the weight if you tackle it straight away. So....starting tomorrow with 4-3 followed by 5-2.

I may just have to resurrect this thread. My visitors went home today and during their two week stay I gained 6lbs. I dread to think how much they put on as my eating was quite restrained compared to theirs. :-0

Hi Paula, as yesterday was my birthday and I hit the big ?0 :-D. I decided it was time to stop moaning about this five pounds and get on with losing. So starting today, yesterday would have been an impossibility, I'm back on the 5-2.

Wendy I have tried numerous diets over the years, the 5-2 diet has been the best and easiest one for me. I am 1lb under my WW gold weight. Good luck with your diet just keep trying.

Still carrying my Christmas 5lbs around. I can't seem to get motivated. Everyone seems to go for meals here when they meet up in the UK we met for coffee, much better idea and cheaper too. Need to restart the 5-2, or 4-3, as I know it works. I have family arriving three weeks today and so more eating out.

Although I'm out for lunch two or three times a week, because it's warmer I'm eating more meals with salad and out walking more, so I'm where I want to be, a couple more pounds would be a bonus, but I'm not precious about weight, I'm just happy my size 12's fit without feeling the need to undo a button after I've eaten.

Hello Lynda how are things with you?. I am back to my weight watchers gold weight, but followed the 5-2 diet. :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D. It suits me much better than counting, weighing, pointing everyday. Keep up the good work.

How we doing ladies?

Me, I'm now 4lb off of target. I've found it hard to lose after Christmas and a couple of holidays, but now the good weather's arrived, I'm hoping to lose those last few pounds, somehow thinking of lovely summer clothes has given me new incentive :-D

How about you?
