	Don't laugh at my fat balls................this is serious!! We have a wire cylindrical thing and a square one, but the ones I made fell out and flopped...............floppy balls are nothing to laugh at you know. My husband was mortified.....again :-)

	Mersey...............I try, I really really do sighs They were slightly less floppy than the soufflés I foolishly tried to make. My husband begged me not to try, but cheered me on from a distance, bless him. They came out of the oven and looked good, but one hint of a teaspoon later they sagged and did their best to hide in the ramekins slowly turning to a gloopy gluey puddle. :-0

	We couldn't get the spoon into the middle, it was like stiff treacle...............shudders The fat balls were like kind of ultra soft fudge with liquid centres...........pity they weren't chocolate they would be tasty :-D xx
