My Nan died in my house in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, but was buried in Wales, can anyone tell me where the death would have been registered?

The death should have been registered in Bromsgrove.where she died.

Generally a death should be registered in the area in which it occured.

Special circumstances sometimes mean that it can be by declaration in a different area, but this is very uncommon.

HI Sue, I think the year was around 1963, I would have presumed my dad would have recorded the death, Ernest Osborne
