There ONE Scottish woman who lives in town (other than myself), and I might see her once a year............. so I told the joke to an Irishman.... who understands Scottish lol

Yes, EK certainly put up a great fight and gave great publicity to the town.

Well done to EKFC.
2-0 loss against the mighty Glasgow Celtic is no defeat.

These lads are not professionals.
They only formed 5yrs ago
They all have day jobs and they have made us proud.
Matt McGinley, PE teacher at the local High School.. man of the match.... What a star!

Haha never knew there was a haggis kebab so
you get out more than me :-D

As Scots we should be ashamed of ourselves not liking
haggis so I won't tell Robert if you won't tell him I'm not
a lover of Rabbie Burns :-)

GlasgowLass

GlasgowLass Report 26 Jan 2016 11:40

LOL Emma,
Getting excited over a hanging kebab haggis just proves that I need to get out more!

To be honest, I much prefer the vegetarian version but, don't tell Robert

;-) ;-)

'Emma' Report 26 Jan 2016 11:20

Wow GL that is posh but like Scozz I
did not receive the haggis gene :-D

Foggy I will catch up with you ;-)

My haggis for tonight's tea is still in the fridge as no one was hungry enough to eat it with neeps and tatties.

I had a haggis meal on Saturday at the hen party though.
Now wait for this....cause it was POSH!.

3 small puddings served on a hanging kebab skewer.
It looked like a large,( straight) banana hanger except that instead of a fruit bowl underneath, it was a bowl of neeps and tatties.
There was a tiny plate fitted at the top of the hanger with 3 teeny, tiny holes.
I poured my whisky sauce through the holes and it ran perfectly down each haggis and dripped into the mash!

It was brill !
