On one of the lighter catastrophe's which happened today...the tyre pressure warning light came on in the car....oops says I...don't know how to put air in....will go to my friendly tyre fitting shop they will do it.....yes no prob...all your tyres are inflated as should be.....but 2 are a squidge away from being illegal. That will be £160.00 please! :-( :-( :-(

Ooh hard luck but better safe than sorrry. Especially in the stormy weather and flooded roads. Go on Barb rub it in why dont I.

I have been driving for 51 years and never had to put my own air in the tyres. Mind you it was easier to get someone to do it way back when.

Good evening everyone just popping in to says"Hello" I have been extremely busy today, shopping with fourteen year old student would you believe she spent more than I did. Back home I made Spaghetti Bolognese for dinner, and B asked if we could go back for some more shopping tomorrow :-(

I mean to say ....how often does one get on ones hands & knees and stare at the bleedy tyres.

I just drive the damn thing...I had to look in the handbook to see what the warning light was :-D

The last time I did anything with one of my cars I put water in the oil thingy! :-0 :-0

Hello Mersey, how are you. B is here until Sunday, I think we both will miss her when she goes home. She loves the weather and is very brown, I am very freckled with a hint of pink. I have been asked if I will host another student for three weeks in August.

Yes I think we will, the new one is a mature student, but not so advanced in English so will be rather more of a challenge.

As always Paula im sure she/he will be in the bestest hands ......I think its great what you have done and still doing :-) <3
