There have been errors on the site all evening - it took me about 10 times to open a thread on here when I first logged on tonight (the dreaded "Sorry an error has occurred")

Perhaps it is just that.

Thanks Jax, will have to contact them. Don't they just love getting emails LOL. Never use to have anywhere near the amount of problems years ago.

You would not be able to post here if you were not a paid member....so I would contact GR and tell them

Edit - It seems to me that GR just love receiving emails rather than getting everything to work properly in the first place

Hi
I am trying to contact a member, who possibly has member of my family in their tree.
I compiled a message, pressed send, and I get sent to subscription page. I am a paid member, I rejoined earlier this year.)
Also I tried to double check membership, and comes back as error and problem is being sorted - (or words similar)

Any ideas??
