Why are we limited to searching 2002 - 2013 in the electoral roll? For example I wanted to check the rolls for 1970, 1980 and 1990 and I couldn't. |

You will have to go to the local library of the town where these people lived to see them. |

Also you need to know the address as it cannot be searched by the name |
