You will need to know the 'ward' that any address is in.

And why do we seem to expect everything to be made available to us, for our research convenience.

All the records we use were never originally made for us, but for 'official' use, I just think we are lucky that we have access to any records at all.

Also you need to know the address as it cannot be searched by the name

You will have to go to the local library of the town where these people lived to see them.

Why are we limited to searching 2002 - 2013 in the electoral roll? For example I wanted to check the rolls for 1970, 1980 and 1990 and I couldn't.
