:-) He was born indeed, and died and rose again. Alleluia.

GR: Rootschat had hats.

I agree that the 6th is the twelfth day but the nights start with the one between Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, as that is when, according to tradition, He was born.

Ah but, Ken, if you were in Spain, as we have been at this time of the year, then on the Day of Epiphany, 6th January, there are processions of the Three Kings; Magi bringing their gifts to the Newborn King; and wonderful glittering decorations everywhere on that magic day.

I love Woodlands Junior School site and have used its contents on many occasions but, for me, Twelfth Night is tomorrow. :-)

KenSE Report 5 Jan 2014 22:33

Even junior school children know that twelfth night starts on the fifth.

Not too late, Ken :-) :

Perhaps they were computer generated.

No, not even a Christmas hat :(

PricklyHolly Report 5 Jan 2014 00:56

Did you notice they didn't even bovver to put a Christmas hat on the smiley face this year?

This one >>>>> :-D

KenSE Report 4 Jan 2014 22:23

Presumably no one available to take them down over the weekend and Monday would be too late.
