Preferably those in Spain , We need to insure the house and everything else from the end of this month. Who is best to use ?
I would like a company that I could insure everything with, and 1 that caters for the expat community.

We have ours insured through Banca March, which is a bank based in Palma & I think is pretty much exclusive to the Balearics, but I would think that most Spanish banks offer similar cover.
We changed from Allianz, not because there was anything wrong with the cover they offered, but because the premiums went up every year out of proportion, especially as we have never made a claim.
I suggest you try the bank first, but get several quotes & compare before you sign up
Sorry, that was a bit of an obvious statement.. :-0
