I enjoyed it Ann. I can imagine the Sisters were really like that to the young nurses.

Recorded it and watched it tonight.

The opening episode is obviously a scene-setter, introducing the main characters. If it gets bogged down in relationships then the BBC would have wasted an opportunity to give us some idea what Base/Field Hospitals were really like.
