Ours keeps dropping out :-(

We thought it was the modem/router and got a new one in January.

Some days the connection is working fine, other days I drops out several times a day (really annoying when I've tried to add a post on GR).

We contacted our provider last week. A technician 'phoned at 7.15 this morning, I was in the middle of telling him what the problem was when we were cut off :-(

I had a bad night last night, didn't sleep very well, so the 7.15 wake-up call didn't help.......and I'm still not dressed! If I get into the shower, he will turn up, you can bet on it..... it's 10am now.

Where is he????????

12.15pm now........ no sign of a technician.

I'm still not dressed.

AND......... the internet dropped out for ten minutes this morning
