LATE LAST NIGHT WHILE WATCHING TV THERE WAS A PROGRAM
ABOUT STUFF IN BARNS,ONE THIN CAUGHT MY EYE,
A PICTURE BY BEN AUSTIN THINK 1909.
WELL I HAVE A SIMULAR BY BEN AUSTIN THINK MINE IS DATED ABOUT
1908 ITS OF A SHAGGY DOG AND A TINY CHICK AND CALLED
WHO ARE YOU,THING IS I CANT FIND BEN AUSTIN ANYWHERE AND ACCORDING
TO PROGRAME ONE OF HIS WENT FOR $20,000.

I WANNA FIND OUT IF ITS THE SAME FELLA AS MINE.

Maybe Ben Austrian - he was well known for painting chicks (chickens) ;-)

I am researching the Wotherspoon family from the Old/New Monkland areas of Scotland, some moved to the Leslie and Kelty areas of Fife and I'm having problems linking the Wotherspoon's from Leslie and the Wotherspoon's from Kelty. I am also researching the Clusker family from Co. Meath in Ireland who moved to West Lothian and from there to Fife............"Vita non est vivere sed valere vita est"

DIZZI <3 that one on e-bay is a print with a price of $1,800 Dollars, you need to find out if yours is a print or an original painting, but be very cautious, there are a lot of con merchants around, if it was mine I would take it to a reputable auction house or art gallery and ask them for advice - albeit they may charge a small fee.
