There are several mentions on the website about contacting the support team but I can't find any e-mail address to use or form t fill in. Can anyone help please?

They tend to work offices hours and claim to reply within 3 working days. So a reply about Wednesday??

Unless its a Technical or Financial problem, is there anything we may be able to help with?

I have reported Margaret’s post & PMed her explaining why.

If the PM isn’t opened in 24 hours, I’ll email to her new address & explain how to change contact details via the ‘My Account’ page.

As a point of interest, GR don’t hold postal addresses, do they?
