I had 2 warning signals before I even read it .............

1. the lead line, which I couldn't copy over was

VISA© and MASTERCARD© unlock credit card needed

and

2. Dear Customer

Amazing, isn't it. Various Governments (UK in particular) tell us 'We can and will track your Internet searches', but apparently can't stop these scammers!! :-S

Mouth and trousers comes to mind........

One of my grandfathers, a bookmaker, was fond of quoting "there is one born every minute". I think he underestimated.

The earliest usage of the saying, in print, is apparently in the January 1806 European Magazine:
