	( do they still make even) a double ended decorative 'thingy' that would clip to either side of a shrug to hold it in place at the front?

	Answer: they call them cardigan clips, lol what else :-)

	:-) The really frustrating thing is knowing that I had some of my mum's from the 1940s but didn't keep them, and now I need them lol.
