I shall be doing a collection for a tribute for Our Wend.

Anybody wishing to add please PM me for details.

The funeral is at 12noon on the 12th July in Hove, all details are on the RIP thread page 4 .

I know I have been very short with my answers to people so far, I am sorry but this is because I haven´t been ready to talk, or I don´t have the right words to say.
Our darling girl entered the hospice on the evening of the 16th June one of the last things she said to R was send Jac a happy birthday. That is the kindness we said goodbye to on the morning of the 17th, There will never be another Wend, she told me no flowers at her funeral and I told her I´ll buy you a bl**dy memorial then she laughed and said yeah, so guess what.. that is what we are going to do

I think the memorial is lovely and will surely bring to mind Wend's time spent with her GR friends when her family see it.

Uzzi, I'm sure I'm not alone in appreciating how difficult it has been for you to keep us informed and thank you for finding the strength to let us know of dear Wends passing last weekend. <3 Personally, I've felt the tears welling with each new post from each and everyone.
