Member Since: January 2010 Posts: 23 Send Message	This afternoon I tried to export my tree. Just seconds after I clicked export the site crashed and now its still pending...and no ged com in my email. Anyone have the same problem and know what to do? Thanks! Sally

	A number of people have reported having a Pending problem - contact Support to ask them to sort it out [email protected] They aim to reply within 3 working days - excluding the weekends

	It is definitely working if slowly. Currently up to 24 hrs.
