This is a long shot - looking for information about a Welshman named Frank who was a horse trainer, and died at sea in 1945/46 serving with the Navy. He had a son Ian born to a woman Margaret. The couple (Frank and Margaret) met in Larne, but the woman moved to Glasgow to raise her child. Frank died before the child was born. Margaret married after Franks death and became Mrs McGeachy. Unfortunately the family do not know Frank;s surname. I think he would have been born about 1919 |
